Cancellation policy

Some HERLAYRA products are available as recurring subscription purchases. By selecting a subscription option, you authorize HERLAYRA to automatically charge your selected payment method at the interval chosen during checkout until your subscription is canceled.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account. Depending on your subscription, you may:

• Update your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Change your delivery frequency
• Skip an upcoming order
• Pause your subscription
• Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal is processed.

Once a recurring order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any eligible returns will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery frequency you selected during checkout. You will continue to be charged until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription Changes

HERLAYRA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings, pricing, or discounts at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.
