Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you're not satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 90 days of delivery.

Our customer care team will review your situation and work with you to find the best solution, which may include:

  • Product guidance

  • Replacement products

  • Store credit

  • Other customer support solutions when appropriate

The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not guarantee a refund for products that have been used, emptied, or consumed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or free gift items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
