If you still want the refund, we start it within 1–2 business days of approval; banks typically post it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No return shipping required.

Your first one-time Essential ($39), Core ($69) or Complete ($99) order placed directly on HERLAYRA.com. The guarantee is our direct-store promise — orders on Amazon, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces follow those platforms' own return policies.
The guarantee covers one first-order claim per customer or household (same name, email, payment method or shipping address). It's built for honest first trials, not repeat refunds.
One qualifying kit per claim: the refund covers one Essential, Core, or Complete kit from your first one-time order and equals the amount you actually paid for it after any discounts. Shipping charges, if any, are not included. (Most orders over $40 ship free, so for Core and Complete orders there is usually nothing to exclude.)
Claims must be opened within 90 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. After 90 days, our standard returns policy applies.
We keep this generous because most people are honest. We reserve the right to decline claims that show a pattern of abuse (multiple accounts, resale, repeated claims across households).
