The serum is your daily step — every day, wash day or not. On days you don't wash your hair, that's the whole routine. On wash days, cleanse and condition first (if your kit includes the Shampoo and Conditioner), then the serum on a clean scalp.
Begin with about 3 or 4 sprays and adjust to your scalp — more isn't better here, steady is. Sensitive-scalped or new to it? Start with 1–2 sprays and try one spot first. For external use only. If your scalp feels irritated, pause use and reach us below. Results and experience may vary.
